Sun
Consonant solar aspects
by Richard Pellard
English translation by Julien Rouger

The interpretation examples that we are suggesting are very far from being exhaustive : they only show and outline a general frame describing the issues of the aspect. They should therefore not be taken literally. Each being brings indeed its own responses, more or less original, to the questions raised by an aspect. There is no magic formula. Through using the R.E.T. and the Theory of Ages and combining logic, observation and imagination, you will be able to develop a thousand other possible meanings, a thousand other variations on the same theme.

Consonant Sun-Moon aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Moon ‘p’ ↔ Sun ‘P’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

You perceive yourself as the absolute center of a homogeneous universe of which you are an integral part. Your quest for recognition, esteem, unconditional admiration does not prevent you from remaining fully yourself : you give a strong image of yourself but without artifice, in accordance with your intimate nature. Staying up to your ideals, models and principles does not cost you : this is how you feel comfortable, good about yourself. The goals you give yourself reflect the possibilities inherent in the overall situation in which he is immersed. Voluntary but in favor of the least effort, you never decide on anything without being strong in a reliable support or in a supportive and familiar environment. You are looking for a relationship of osmosis, of fusion where you would be the object of permanent attention. Capable yourself of exemplary solidarity, you demand total reciprocity in this area. You want to be the king, both demanding and good-natured, of your little universe.

Consonant Sun-Mercury aspect (conjunction)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Mercury ‘tR’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect)

You structure yourself according to strong and reassuring a priori certainties that arouse your curiosity and your openness to the plurality of points of view. What you already know inspires you to explore the unknown. Your quest for recognition, esteem or unconditional admiration does not prevent you from keeping a playful distance from your role, your character. You impose your convictions with flexibility, humor and lightness. Firm, focused and vigilant on what is essential to you (an ideal, a model, a principle, a being), you nevertheless remain attentive, mobile, relaxed and available. You consistently maintain the dominant objectives that you set for yourself while multiplying the entertaining side effects. The seriousness with which you approach your major convictions and implications goes hand in hand with your refusal to take yourself seriously.

Consonant Sun-Venus aspect (conjunction)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Venus ‘eR’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect)

The strong and reassuring a priori certainties that structure you encourage you to develop rich affective exchanges. You know how to convince by touching, by seducing, by sharing your emotions and your feelings, preferably in a privileged relationship. Your likes and dislikes, likes and dislikes are in tune with your ideals and role models. Your quest for recognition, esteem or unconditional admiration does not prevent you from remaining available for your loves and desires. Esthete and idealist, you have a cult of Beauty and Truth. Your considerate courtesy, your desire to be pleasant allow for sweet human relations. Firm, focused and vigilant on what is essential to you (an ideal, a model, a principle, a being), you nevertheless remain affectionate and tender towards what and those you love. While taking the time to enjoy life sensorially, you consistently pursue your dominant goals.

Consonant Sun-Mars aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘P’ ↔ Mars ‘P’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

You constantly strive to reconcile the affirmation and maintenance of your principles and ideals, with your sense of struggle and confrontation. You impose yourself and become convincing through your sense of the field, of concrete realities. You want to be a model of action and realism. Your quest for recognition, esteem or unconditional admiration does not prevent you from keeping a practical mind and carrying out the battles that you consider essential. You know what you want and what you can, and deploy your energy to give yourself the necessary means to achieve your goals, without fear of rivalry and power struggles. Willing, determined, loyal and courageous, you fight for what you consider to be essential (an ideal, a model, a principle, a being). You are in search of a power, both visible and concrete, over beings, things and situations.

Consonant Sun-Jupiter aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Jupiter ‘rE’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

You have a very high idea of your function and the role you play in your sphere of activity. Voluntary, ambitious, determined, you know how to appear and impose yourself without making waves, thanks to your art of speech, your quest for recognition and exemplarity, your talents as a parliamentarian or diplomat. Pragmatic, realistic, organized and sure of yourself, you like to make yourself the figurehead of the general interest. Your sense of hierarchy and your taste for stable values make you a center of reference on which we can count. You exercise your undeniable authority with paternalism, common sense and enough magnanimity to avoid alienating the consensus that you are fond of. You are perfectly at ease within the codes, laws and regulations that structure and cement social life. Your sense of opportunity is exemplary in every way. You live with good humor and self-satisfaction in a world of certainties that seem self-evident to you.

Consonant Sun-Saturn aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Saturn ‘tE’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

You constantly strive to reconcile the affirmation and maintenance of your principles and ideals, with your sense of in-depth research and the skepticism that you owe to your perpetual questioning. You assert yourself and become convincing through your sense of abstraction, the rigor of your thinking, the prudence of your judgments matured over a long period of time. You want to be a model of depth and selflessness. Your quest for recognition, esteem or unconditional admiration does not prevent you from remaining humble, simple and modest, in short from keeping a cool head. Disciplined, thoughtful, you have a high awareness of your rights and duties. The certainties you display are all the more credible as you constantly sift through your doubts. The hard trials of existence stimulate your pride and encourage you to surpass yourself and improve yourself to stay up to yourself or your higher ideals.

Consonant Sun-Uranus aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Uranus ‘rT’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

Above all, you value order, implacable logic, impeccable precision. Voluntary, sharp, imperious, you know how to appear and impose your radical, original opinions, marked with the seal of an uncompromising individuality and yet hyper-sensitive to public recognition, admiration and esteem. You draw deep within you from intimate convictions nourished by penetrating intuitions that you affirm in a striking way. Your sense of hierarchies and your taste for advanced specializations make you a point of reference with which we have to reckon. You exercise your authority unceremoniously, imbued with the certainty that you cannot go wrong, listening only to the demanding inner voice which tells you the way to follow to reach heights that you hope will be exceptional. Intensely independent and individualistic, you have a very high awareness of yourself and your destiny, a great sense of your dignity.

Consonant Sun-Neptune aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘rR’ ↔ Neptune ‘eT’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

In principle, you happily combine a vigilant conscience which encourages you to remain circumspect vis-à-vis the manifestations of the unknown, and a quivering sensitivity towards the subtle, the mysterious, the unconscious, the underlying beings and things. Your quest for admiration, recognition or public esteem does not prevent you from remaining attentive to the deep movements of your sensitivity. Your rich states of mind nourish a vision of the world that you would like to be clear, luminous, obvious, but from which you are careful not to chase away the disturbing chiaroscuro, the nuanced penumbra and the fertile ambiguities. Firm in maintaining the great models, ideals or principles, you nevertheless remain close to the human being in its changing diversity. Loyal, generous, you would like to be the enlightened and informed representative of a living universality that goes beyond you. You are both intensely involved in your roles and words and the witness of an elsewhere that makes you strange and disconcerting.

Consonant Sun-Pluto aspect (conjunction, trine, sextile)

Sun ‘P’ ↔ Pluto ‘P’ Conjunction (consonant or dissonant aspect) Trine (consonant aspect) Sextile (consonant aspect)

You are both simple and complex, unique and multiple, implacably precise and impeccably vague. What you already know makes you skeptical of all acquired knowledge, including your own. Your quest for recognition, esteem or unconditional admiration does not prevent you from keeping a cold distance from any role and any character. A master of double-dealing (at the very least), you impose your convictions while secretly measuring their total relativity, convinced as you are that everything implies its opposite. Firm, focused and vigilant about what is essential to you, you are nevertheless always ready to radically change the outlook. You consistently maintain your dominant goals while knowing and intuitively accepting that the unknown may force you to change course at any time. At the same time limpid and mysterious, transparent and enigmatic, you are in search of a power, both visible and invisible, over beings and things.

Les significations planétaires

par Richard Pellard

620 pages.
