The interpretation examples that we are suggesting are very far from being exhaustive: they only show and outline a general frame describing the issues of the planetary family. They should therefore not be taken literally. Each being brings indeed its own responses, more or less original, to the questions raised by a planetary family. There is no magic formula. Through using the R.E.T. and of the Theory of Ages and combining logic, observation and imagination, you will be able to develop a thousand other possible meanings, a thousand other variations on the same theme.
How the knowable, the concrete, the lived, the experience, the felt, the experienced, the facts are reproduced and maintained (‘e’) by conditioning and determining on the ground our way of affirming, saying, simplifying and deciding (‘r’) and to question ourselves, to distance ourselves, to ask ourselves questions and to open ourselves to the unknown (‘t’).
Positive formula (‘E’, “big E” or “extensive E”): Demonstrate common sense, reflection and reason by taking into account the bare facts and their consequences, effects and repercussions. Get active and practice with mastery, wisdom and ambition to make your concrete activities as effective as possible. Draw from the struggles in which one invests oneself, from the confrontations that one provokes, lessons of things and philosophical meditations. Knowing how to instinctively draw the fruits of experience, Managing one’s efforts and existence to the best of one’s short and long-term interests. Be a wise and far-sighted practitioner, realistic and enterprising, combative and organized. Only consider as solid and valid, and therefore likely to support projects or investigations, what one has experienced and touched oneself.
Negative formula (“non-R, non-T” or lack of Extensive representation and of Extensive Transcendence): lack or rejection of spontaneous sociability and forward-looking imagination. Relaxation and inspiration are down. Hence the excesses ‘E’: materialism or reduction of the true or the real to their only concrete, measurable, quantifiable and tangible aspects, down-to-earth realism heavily managerial.
Mars, Jupiter and Saturn have in common the source level “Existence” : for these three planetary functions, the main source of information is therefore the world of facts, tangible phenomena, concrete situations, lived experience, feelings, experiences, direct action, the materiality of beings and things. There marsian function aims to maintain in the state (level-goal ‘e’ for “existence”) the concrete conditions of existence (source level ‘E’): act to act, do to do, struggle and share to live, referring only to the pure mechanics and dynamics of facts, of the action-reaction cycle. Nothing else counts but the intensely (‘e’) experienced (‘E’), of the kind “It is at the foot of the wall that we see the mason”. Everything is reduced to confrontations, power struggles, duets or duels. Through the Jupiterian and Saturnian functions, this raw existence is diffused, extended by communicating with other levels of reality. With the jupiterian function, it is no longer a question of acting for the sake of acting, but of giving a clear purpose, a precise social utility (level-goal ‘r’) to these acts (‘E’), of organizing them according to standards, diagrams, standards (‘r’) to simplify (‘r’) existence (‘E’). With the saturnian function on the contrary, it is a question of digging (level-goal ‘t’) the facts and experiences (‘E’) to discover the hidden cogs, the secret mechanics, the laws of non-apparent organizations (‘t’), even if it means complicating (‘t’) existence (‘E’).
The planetary trio of Extensive Existence therefore concerns the diffusion and the effects of realism, of the sense of the concrete, of the “common sense”, pragmatism, tangible achievements and economic realities, production and exchange of goods. We build, we organize, we manage in the best of our interests in the short, medium or long term, we rely on our skills as a man in the field (Mars) to obtain social recognition (Jupiter) or to deepen our experimental knowledge (Saturn).
When these three Planets are dominant in the chart of an individual, they make him a realistic being, a practical, empirical and pragmatic spirit, organized, at the same time active, voluntary and reflective. Hardworking, enterprising, he is not afraid to impose severe constraints and strong physical discipline on himself and never hesitates to “go to coal”, to lend a hand to achieve its objectives. Without necessarily being materialistic, money and material goods are important to him: when he takes care of a business, he gives his all to make it profitable and provide it with the best possible material organization. Dynamic and enterprising, he knows how to take advantage of the opportunities that come his way and is not afraid of the obstacles that reality places in his way. He judges beings, things and situations according to their ability to fit into the concrete world: for him, nothing can replace the lessons of things and the philosophy that can be drawn from experiences that we have directly experienced: general ideas or theories that he himself has not verified and experienced in the field make him indifferent or appear to him as vain speculations. He does not believe in ready-made solutions, preconceptions, “advisors who are not the payers” : you have to directly confront the problems of existence to find effective solutions to them, and everything else is just literature in his eyes. A superlative man of action, he abhors laziness, inactivity and useless chatter: he must constantly be on the go, at the heart of a project, of a useful achievement.
If he is interested in the laws or in social life, it is only insofar as he can derive concrete benefits from them, and when he questions himself or indulges in abstract speculation, it is only to perfect its working methods. He is a natural leader who shows the example without paying for words, hard on the effort, often harsh in his human relations: his taste for confrontations and confrontations, his rough frankness and his acute sense of the balance of power can upset delicate souls and ethereal minds. He doesn’t care: the main thing is not to be distracted from the tasks to be accomplished. Politeness, courtesy and good manners are not his cup of tea.

La décision de ne traiter dans ce livre que des significations planétaires ne repose pas sur une sous-estimation du rôle des Signes du zodiaque et des Maisons. Le traditionnel trio Planètes-Zodiaque-Maisons est en effet l’expression d’une structure qui classe ces trois plans selon leur ordre de préséance et dans ce triptyque hiérarchisé, les Planètes occupent le premier rang.

Pluton planète naine : une erreur géante

Pluton ne fait plus partie des planètes majeures de notre système solaire : telle est la décision prise par une infime minorité d’astronomes lors de l’Assemblée Générale de l’Union Astronomique Internationale qui s’est tenue à Prague en août 2006.
